Well, with all the quilting challenges, quiltalongs and bees that have captured my fancy lately, it's probably no surprise that I've joined the 100 Mile Fitness Challenge.
It's pretty simple: log 100 miles between January 1 and March 31. One mile on the treadmill, sidewalk or elliptical = 1 mile, but 15 minutes of practically any other planned fitness activity (yoga, aerobics, strength training) counts as a mile, as well. Report logged miles every Friday, and Trish keeps everyone's running total on the sidebar. Every bit of motivation helps!

Thanks for this link...I didn't join, but I'm logging my time on our elliptical!
ReplyDeleteTwo days of 1--15 minute walk on the elliptical...so I'm up to 1 mile a day according to the challenge!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea. I'm going to check this out. However, I'm already logging my activity via e-tools on the Weight Watchers website.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you're joining us! I'm originally a book blogger and after joining (and hosting) multiple reading challenges I decided to venture out to fitness. Glad to cross multiple blogging genres! :)
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to you,
Trish
