New Year, New Body!

The latest issue of HEALTH magazine mentions this bakery that donates 15% of every purchase you make on their site to the cause of your choice. I couldn't decide if it was a good thing or not:)

    Oh, wait...

    I try to do several 10-15 minute sets on our elliptical. It's much easier on my knees and feet than a treadmill (plus I don't feel like a hamster1) and walking outside in 10 degree weather only freezes me out! LOL
